Founder Niko Moulagianis has been in restaurants since the age of 13. “From busboy to bartender, if it’s part of the restaurant business, I’ve had my hands in it,” Niko says with a smile.
Niko has founded several popular restaurants in Northeast Ohio over the last two decades, but Niko’s Bar and Gyros has a special focus—three of Niko’s personal loves: great and simple food, sports, and craft beer.
The word “gyro” is used broadly at Niko’s. You’ll find traditional lamb and beef gyros carved right from the spit, plus non-traditional options like the BLT gyro, blackened salmon gyro and smoked meat options like our smoked brisket. Our starters feature homemade favorites like our HOT stuffed pepper and hummus. Not in the mood for a gyro? Our homemade pizza and chicken wings are out of this world.
